摘要
口腔种植体骨界面骨整合,是种植体成功的关键。随着研究的逐步深入,口腔种植体骨界面骨整合的理论发展、形成机制及影响因素带给我们许多辩证思考。作者从辩证法的角度,提出骨整合理论发展与理论和实践的辩证性,骨整合形成机制与原因和结果的辩证性,骨整合影响因素与内因和外因的辩证性,进而指导口腔种植工作的健康发展。
Osseointegration of dental implants is the key factor of successful restorations. With the deep research, theoretical development , formation mechanism and influencing factors of bone- implant osseointegration give us much dialectic thought. From the dialectic perspective, the author argues the dialectics of theory and practice, the dialectics of reason and result , the dialectics of internal cause and external cause in osseointegration of dental implants to promote development of dental implantation.
