摘要
文摘研制了一种Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-W-Si系650℃短时应用的Ti650钛合金板材。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了不同的热处理制度对11 mm和2 mm厚两种规格板材的显微组织的影响,并测试了力学性能。结果表明:经三重热处理后,Ti650钛合金拥有良好的室温、650℃拉伸性能和室温冲击性能。
The sheet of Ti650 alloy, a Ti - Al - Sn - Zr - Mo - W - Si titanium alloy, for short-term use at 650℃ has been developed. The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure of 11 mm thick plate and 2 mm thick sheet of this alloy are examined by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and the mechanical properties are evaluated. It is found that Ti650 alloy possesses a desired combination of excellent tensile properties both at room temperature and at 650℃ as well as good impact toughness at room temperature after a triple heat treatment.
