摘要
采用理论分析与室内试验相结合的方式,研究了环氧沥青混凝土钢桥面铺装的弯曲特性。首先采用有限元方法分析了正交异性钢桥面铺装的变形特性,然后完成了3根环氧沥青混凝土铺装复合梁试件在弯曲荷载作用下的应变分布测试,以及一15—70℃温度条件下复合梁试件静、动载挠度的测试。结果表明,正交异性钢桥面及其铺装层的局部变形特性可用简支复合梁试件模拟,应变沿环氧沥青混凝土铺装复合梁截面高度的分布为线性,环氧沥青混凝土铺装层与钢板界面上应变不连续,温度对复合梁挠度的影响为S形分布,对动静载挠度比的影响为V形分布。
Combining with theoretical analysis and laboratory tests, flexure characters of epoxy asphalt surfacing on steel decks are investlgated.Finite Element Methods is employed to explore the deflection characters of orthotropic steel deck with asphalt surfacing. Strain distribution along section height of three composite beams with epoxy asphalt surfacing are tested, and static deflection and dynamic deflection at - 15 - 70 ℃ are measured. It can be concluded that local deflection of orthotropic steel deck with asphalt surfacing can be simulated by single supported composite beam.The strain at hight of section of epoxy asphalt surfacing composite beam is characterized by linear distribution and strain of interlayer isn't continuous. Deflection with temperature is S-shape distribution, while the ratio of dynamic to static deflection with temperature is V-shape distribution.
