摘要
目的:建立通经蠲痹胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别当归、马钱子;采用高效液相色谱法测定通经蠲痹胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果:薄层色谱中能明显地检出当归、马钱子;盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.11～0.54μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996)。盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,准确,重现性好。可用于控制通经蠲痹胶囊的质量。
Objective ： To establish a method for quality control of Tongjing Juanbi Capsule. Method ： Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Semen Strychni were identified by TLC, The content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Tongjing Juanbi Capsule was determined by HPLC. Result： Radix Angelicae sinensis, Semen Strychni could be detected by TLC; ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a rang of 0.11 -0.54 μg（r =0.999 6）. The average recovery was 100.5% ,RSD = 1.2% （n =6） o Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Tongjing Juanbi Capsule,
