摘要
目的了解职业压力对新毕业护士的心理状态影响,提出针对性对策。方法采用SCL-90项症状自评量表跟踪调查68名工作2年的新毕业护士的心理状况,应用SPSS11.0软件同全国常模进行比对分析。结果发现新护士在SCL-90项症状自评量表中的强迫、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系及睡眠障碍因子得分显著高于全国常模。结论职业压力对新毕业护士的心理状态有严重的影响,对此应高度重视,及时了解她们的心理状态,尽早采取对策。
Objective To analyse the effect of occupational stress on psychological state of newly - graduate nurses, and suggest the oriented countermeasure. Methods We investigated the psychological state of 68 nurses who have worked for 2 years after graduation by SCL - 90 - item self - report inventory. And we analysed scores with SPSS 11.0 software compared with national norm. Results In SCL - 90 - item self - report inventory, the new nurses＇scores of obsessive- compulsiveness, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relation and sonmipathy factor were all obviously higher than national norm. Conclusions Occupational stress has a serious effect on psychological state of newly - graduate nurses. It should pay great attention to understanding the nurses＇ psychological state in time and deal with the problems timely.
