luxS基因依赖的密度感应信号系统在口腔微生物领域的研究现状

摘要 密度感应(quorum sensing,QS)是指细菌感应周围环境菌种内或菌种间细胞的密度,分泌可溶性信号分子,又称自体诱导分子(autoinducers,AI),调控细菌生理功能和毒力以适应周围环境的变化。除了具有种特异性的信号分了AI-1外,近年来又发现了一种新的信号分子AI-2,可以调控细菌种间的信息交流,产生依赖luxS基因。
