摘要
通过用VanderMonde矩阵将Bezout矩阵同步转化成对角形式，对一类古典多项式稳定性判别法给出新的证明。
The Bezout matrix is reduced to diagonal form with the congruence given by Vander Monde matrix. This result is applied to obtain a new proof of some classical stability criteria of polynomials.
