摘要
在全面建设社会主义市场经济体制,加快实现我国现代化建设的宏观背景下,行业协会遇到前所未有的机遇和挑战。进一步推进和完善行业协会的管理,加快行业协会的改革和发展,已成为当前建设和完善市场经济体制的一个重要方面。本文就目前中国行业协会存在的组织结构不合理、法律法规不健全等问题,以及解决这些问题的对策作一探讨。
Under the macroscopically background of constructing socialist market economy system completely and accelerating realizing modernization construction of our country, the guild meets unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Improving the management of the guild further and accelerating the reform and development of the guild have already become an important respect forbuilding and improving the market economic system at present. In this paper, the author will discuss some problems that the organizational structure that the Chinese guild exists is unreasonable,laws and regulations get distempered, and how to salute these problems.
