脑钠素、N-末端脑钠素前体与心血管疾病 被引量：11

摘要 近年来，新一类生物标志物脑钠素（B—tyte natriuretic peptide or brain—type natriuretic peptide，BNP）和N-末端脑钠素前体（NT—proBNP），已在心血管疾病中作为诊断、危险分层、治疗方法选择的一种重要检测工具出现。本文整理了大量资料中关于BNP和NT—proBNP的实验研究及其在临床工作中的应用，以期为其进一步研究提供参考。
