摘要
现代急诊医疗服务所面临的问题越来越复杂,所需要提供的服务也不仅限于疾病治疗,更需要心理辅导、社会支持以及纠纷处理等方面的支持。因此,发展针对急诊室的社会工作服务契合了急诊病人、急诊团队以及急诊管理的需要。社会工作针对不同种类的急诊病人提供了不同的服务内容与服务策略,在减少急诊纠纷、构建和谐医院中发挥了重要的功能。
Facing the more and more complex questions, the modern emergency medical service not only need to qrovide medical treatment service, but also need to provide supports about psychological counseling, social support and dispute treatment.So, development of social work service in the emergency room is corresponds to the demand of emergency patients, emergency treatment team, and emergency management.In viewde of the different type emergency patient, the social worker has provided the different service content and the service strategy.The social work has display the important function in the process to reducing emergency medical dispute and building the harmonious hospital.
