摘要
通过对经济不发达地区图书馆现状的调查分析,找出制约图书馆自身发展的内部和外部原因,因地制宜的进行科学分析,并对其中存在的问题提出解决问题的办法,较为全面地对特定区域图书馆再生能力发展展开讨论。
By means of investigation and analysis on the library in economically underdeveloped areas, to find out the internal and external causes of restricting the library＇ s development, scientific analysis adaptable to local conditions will be taken, to figure out the solution to the problems, to fully discuss on the development of regenerative capacity of library in the specific areas.
