结合萧山污水处理厂厂前区的建筑设计,阐述在整个工程阶段中,设计人员要重视与业主的沟通,了解业主的真正需求,采用正确、有效的沟通方法;对建筑设计而言,设计的每个阶段非常重要;在出现设计分包情况下,要采取有效措施保证设计质量,避免因设计及施工配合问题造成工程项目的损失;选择恰当的设计软件能有效地提高工作效率,并帮助建筑师准确把握设计的最终效果。
The author states some viewpoints in architectural design based on the architectural design of the Xiaoshan sewage treatment plant administration quarter.During the whole engineering stage, the architect should attach importance to the communication with owner,understand the real needs of the owner,and have a right way of communiction.For architectural design,every stage of de- sign is of the same importance.The architect should take effective measures to ensure the design quality of subcontracts.Suitable de- sign software can improve working efficiency and help the architect grasp the final effect of the building.
