摘要
依照《行政诉讼法》对我国行政诉讼实际困境进行了梳理和分析,并籍此从行政诉讼立法宗旨、权利保障、检察监督和服务功能等方面提出完善行政诉讼法的对策。
This paper analyzes difficulties in practicing administrative litigation law under the framework of the Administrative Litigation Law, and then put forwards corresponding countermeasures to perfect the Administrative Litigation Law from aspects of law - making aims, right protection, inspection ＆ supervision and servicing functions.
