摘要
目的探讨临时护士在儿童输液室护理工作中的管理和使用。方法通过面试、考核、岗前培训及激励等方式选拔、培养临时护士,并稳定这支队伍。结果在儿童输液室工作量增加的基础上,纠纷、差错的发生明显下降。结论使用临时护士可提高输液室护理工作效率及工作质量,缓解儿童输液室护理人员紧张,实现护理人力资源的合理配置。
Objective To discuss the role of temporary nurses in pediatric intravenous infusion room. Methods The temporary nurses were selected, trained and stabilized through the process of interview,examination,pre - post training and encouragement system. Results With the increase of workload in pediatric intravenous infusion room ,the incidence of nursing disputes and mistakes were reduced obviously after the supplement of temporary nurses. Conclusions The usage of temporary nurses can improve work efficiency and quality of nursing in pediatric intravenous infusion room,relieve the shortage of nursing staff and realize rational nurse staffing.
