摘要
对20CrMnMo进行亚温淬火热处理和冷拉形变的复合强韧化研究。分析了亚温淬火工艺及形变过程中组织和力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:20CrMnMo钢经预淬火+770℃亚温淬火+200℃低温回火+2.5%左右的冷拉形变+低温时效处理后具有良好的强度和塑性配合,其抗拉强度为1140MPa,断面收缩率为51.26%,伸长率为11.40%。
The compound strengthening and toughening of sub-critical quenching and cold-drawing deformation on 20CrMnMo steel was studied.The changing law ofmicrostructure and properties during sub-critical quenching and cold-drawing deformation was analyzed. The results show that, after pre-quenching and 770℃ sub-critical quenching followed by 200℃ low temperature tempering and 2.5 %cold-drawing deformation and low temperature aging, the strength and plasticity of the steel match very well. The tensile strength is 1140 MPa, the elongation is I 1.40% and the reduction of area is 51.26%.
