摘要
钢铁企业的废水排放量较大,经处理达标后的外排废水中仍含有较多的溶解性总固体、铁和锰,且电导率较高。采用人工湿地与反渗透的组合工艺对某大型钢铁企业的外排废水进行处理,中试结果表明:湿地植物生长良好,人工湿地内的锰砂填料强化了湿地的除铁除锰能力,使铁、锰从1.59、0.53 mg/L分别降低至0.03、0.06 mg/L;在回收率为75%的条件下反渗透系统运行稳定,脱盐率达到了98%,产水水质达到了《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)及企业生产用水水质的要求。为降低处理成本,可将反渗透出水与人工湿地预处理出水混配后再回用。
The discharge quantity of steel and iron industrial wastewater is big, and TDS, Fe, Mn^2+ and conductivity are all at a higher level after the standard treatment. The combined process of constructed wetland and reverse osmosis was used to treat the discharged iron and steel production wastewater from a large iron and steel enterprise. The pilot-scale results show that the plants grow better in constructed wetland, and the filled manganese sand enhances the Fe and Mn^2+ removal ability, with reduction of Fe and Mn^2+ from 1.59 mg/L and 0.53 mg/L to 0.03 mg/L and 0.06 mg/L. The RO system operates steadily under 75% recovery rate, and the desahing rate is more than 98%. The effluent quality can reach the requirements of the Reuse of Urban Recycling ( GB/T 19923 - 2005 ) and ent and RO effluent can be Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses the enterprise production water consumption. The wetland pretreatment efflumixed and reused to reduce the energy consumption and the production cost.
