摘要
"九一八"事变后,国民党河北省地方党组织因为抗日积极,遭到日军的仇视。1933年5月签定的《塘沽协定》要求冀东各县的国民党组织予以撤销。除冀东地区外,河北省其它地区的县党部组织,有些也转入地下活动。虽然1935年6月的"何梅协定"要求撤销国民党河北省各级党部组织,但是国民党河北省部分地方党部并没有完全停止办公,有些县党部能够从事地下活动。
After the September 18th incident of 1931, the local departments of Kuomintang in Hebei Province actively fought with Japanese troops, which aroused the Japanese army＇s hostility to them. According to Tanggu Agreement signed in the May of 1933, the organizations of Kuomintang in the counties of East Hebei were forced to be dismantled. In other counties of this province, some departments of Kuomintang had to be changed into underground party organizations, which, though were ordered to be dismantled according to He Mei Agreement signed in June, 1935, still worked or even carried on underground activities.
