摘要 在过去较长时间内,由于缺少合适的丙型肝炎病毒研究模型,对丙肝病毒感染机制、生活周期和致病机制的研究进展较为缓慢。对丙肝病毒的认识不足严重阻碍了相关预防性疫苗和治疗药物的研制。近年建立的丙肝病毒全基因体外培养系统是一项重大突破,这将促进人们对丙肝病毒的全面认识和丙型肝炎防治药物的开发。 Lack of proper study models has brought difficulties in the study of the mechanism of viral infection,life cycle and pathogenic mechanism of hepatitis C virus (HCV) and also become the major obstacles in development of efficient vaccine and new drugs for hepatitis C. In recent years,the establishment of robust HCV cell culture infection system and HCV transgenic animal provide powerful tools for the analysis of host virus interactions,which facilitate the discovery of antiviral drugs and vaccines for this important human pathogen.
