摘要
上海某大厦工程基坑周边市政管线复杂,为减少开挖阶段围护墙的变形和周边地表沉降,需增加坑内的被动土压力,保护周边环境。在主楼和辅楼基坑中,分别采用大面积高压旋喷桩加固和高压旋喷桩满堂加固。通过研究旋喷桩施工时对周边管线的影响幅度、范围及技术参数,使施工处于良好的受控状态。
A building foundation pit in Shanghai is surrounded with complicated pipelines. In order to reduce the deformation of enclosure wall and ground settlement of surrounding area in excavation, the pressure of the excavated soil in the pit should be increased so as to protect the environment. Large-area pressure spnn- kling pile and full-area pressure sprinkling pile were respectively applied to reinforce the pit of main building and that of accessory building. By studying the magnitude, scope and technical parameters of the impact of pile sprinkling construction on the surrounding pipelines, construction was well controlled.
