摘要
以阴、阳离子表面活性剂——十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配改性膨润土制备出了一系列阴-阳离子有机膨润土;通过红外光谱(IR)和热重(TG)分析了该阴-阳离子有机膨润土的结构;研究了甲基橙和酸性大红3R在阴-阳离子有机膨润土上的吸附行为,结果表明:阴-阳离子有机膨润土对两种染料的吸附速率和吸附量均较大,其吸附动力学行为遵循Langmuir方程所描述的规律。平衡吸附量qe与平衡浓度ρe之间的关系符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,且阴-阳离子有机膨润土对两种染料的吸附效果要好于粉末活性炭。
A series of anion - cation organobentonite product was prepared by incorporating both cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to bentonite. Their microstructure and interaction were characterized by IR and TG analysis. The adsorption behavior of methyl orange and acid scarlet 3R on the anion - cation organobentonite was studied. The results showed that both the adsorption rate and adsorptive capacity of anion - cation organobentonite with respect to the two dyes were rather high. The adsorption dynamic behavior follows Langmuir law. The relationship between adsorptive capacity (qc) and equilibrium mass concentration (ρc) is in line with isotherm adsorption equations of Langmuir. The performance of anion - cation organobentonite for adsorption of the mentioned two dyes are better than that of activated carbon.
