摘要
目的建立独立的病案检索体系,系统、全面地查询病案信息,提高病案信息利用率。方法研制以疾病诊断名称为关键词的疾病检索系统、首页信息系统检索、电子病历系统检索、影像病案系统检索、医疗质量控制系统检索、医疗费用监控系统六大部分,六部分整合组成完整的检索体系。结果独立的病案检索体系可投入使用,病案信息利用率明显提高。结论开发病案检索体系是加强病案信息利用的基本保证。
