摘要
采用大剂量尿激酶溶栓疗法，治疗发病１２小时至７天内的急性脑梗塞患者３２例，给药方法为静脉滴注，总有效率达８４．４％。临床实践证明大剂量尿激酶溶栓疗法。
The curatrve effects of thrombolysis therapy with high dose urokinase were observed in 32 patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction between twelve hours and seven days.Urokinase was given daily to the patients through iv infusion.The general effective rate reached 84.4%. It is suggested that high dose urokinase produces significantly curative effect in treating cerebral infarction patients.
