摘要
纺织品贸易谈判是正在进行的中澳自由贸易区谈判的重点之一,近期陷入僵局。文章利用CHINGEM模型,研究了澳大利亚在原有纺织品进口关税削减计划的基础上,分步增加对中国纺织品进口关税削减幅度对我国纺织业和国民经济的影响,提出适当减少纺织品关税削减要求的政策建议,以期推动自由贸易谈判进程。
Textile issue, as one of the focuses in China-Australia FFA negotiation, is brought into a stalemate lately. The author studies what＇ s the effect on China＇ s textile industry and whole economy if Australia cuts its textile import tariff from China through a CHINGEM model. Combining this study and former ones, the author concludes an advice, which is expected to impulse the FTA negotiation.
