摘要
我国城镇房地产市场不具有财富效应,而我国消费者的消费心理、法律制度以及现阶段我国房地产市场不成熟是造成我国城镇房地产市场不具有财富效应的重要原因。
There is no wealth effect on the real estate market in China＇s cities. The major reasons include the consumption psychology, legal system and the temporary immature real estate market.
