摘要
教师的教学观念转变需要经过认知形态的教学观念转变、信念形态的教学观念转变和实践形态的教学观念转变等三个相互联系的阶段。对体育教学观念转变的机制认识不清、体育教学理念的内容过于庞杂、忽视传统体育教学观念的惯性、体育教学观念转变的条件性认识不足等是我国体育新课程培训中存在的主要问题,也是造成体育课程改革尴尬境遇的主要原因。
Teachers'changes in their teaching ideas have to pass through 3 related stages such as the changes in cognitional, convictional and practical forms. There exist some main problems em- barrassing the PE curriculum reforms:not enough understanding of the mechanism of ideological changes in PE teaching; the undue complicated content system of PE teaching ideas; the neglect of the inertia power of traditional PE teaching ideas and not enough understanding of conditions of PE teaching ideological changes.
