摘要
针对油田套管损坏情况日益严重的现状,进行了套管损坏类型、特点及套损机理研究,形成了配套完善的套损防治技术体系。完善了从钻井、完井、固井及开发生产全过程的套损预防与保护系列技术,形成了以修胀套、爆炸整形、打通道、套管加固、取换套、侧钻为主的系列套管修复技术以及以工程测井为主的套管状况检测系列技术。并由实践认识到:只有坚持预防为主,研、防、治并举,建立适合不同油藏类型、不同开发阶段、不同开发方式的套损综合防治模式,才能解决油田套管损坏问题。
Aimed at the serious status of tubing damage in oilfields, the paper researched the styles, characters and mechanics of tubing damage, and built the united and perfect tubing damage prevention technique system. It perfected the tubing damage prevention and protection systematic technique from whole process of well drilling, completion, cementing and development, formed the main tubing repairing technique, as expanding trimmer, exploding lifting, channeling, tube reinforcing, tube exchanging and sidetrack drilling, and tubing testing systematic technique. Through the site application, it is clearly acknowledged that the tubing damage problems of oilfields can be effectively solved by building the suitable tubing damage integrated prevention methods for various reservoir styles, different development stages and modes, as well as insisting on prevention and combining research, prevention and cure.
