摘要
文章在对汽车悬架系统进行分析和建模时考虑了空气弹簧的非线性特性,运用Matlab/Simulink软件对所建方程进行求解和仿真,并通过实车道路试验对所建模型进行验证。仿真结果与试验结果相符合,真实反应了汽车空气悬架系统的振动响应情况,从而证明了所建非线性空气悬架模型的正确性。
The non-linear characteristic of the air spring is considered in analyzing and modeling the au- tomobile air suspension system,and the software Matlab/Simulink is used to solve the vibration equa- tion and carry out simulation. The established model is verified by the automobile road test. The test results are in accordance with the simulation ones, which reflects the real vibration response of the au- tomobile air suspension system and demonstrates that the model of the non-linear air suspension sys- tem built in this paper is correct.
