摘要
介绍了风力机叶片造型方法及制造工艺的研究现状,探讨了基于NURBS曲面的叶片造型;针对叶片制造过程中,阳模曲面的加工,提出了分段多轴数控加工的方法,并进行了加工仿真及后置处理,验证了其可行性。
The research status of wind turbine blade is presented, as well as the three-dimensional modeling of the blade is discussed based on NURBS (Non-uniform Rational B-Spline). The male mould is critical for bladei-s manufacturing. So a method to make the male mould is proposed by dividing the large male mould into a series of small subsection for numerical control processing. Through machining visualization and post-process, the method is verified feasible.
