摘要
讨论现有理论的误导和新的可靠性模型——等劣化模型取得的新进展。通过对“浴盆”曲线、Morse和Barbw-Hunter的维修更新理论及维修更新策略Ⅱ的深入分析和现场调查,指出以修后如新假设为理论基础是导致等长大修或预修时间间隔和系统具有稳态可用度等误导性结论的根源。等劣化模型有效地克服了以上缺陷。
The accuracy and even possibilityof reliability prediction for mechanical system isa key project of reliability engineering into the21th century. This paper discusses deeply thestraits in existing theories and the progress ofnew models - isodegrading models' Based onfield investigation and theoretical analysis ofBathtub curvel Morse's maximum benefit ratemodel, Barlow - Hunter's maximum availabilitymodel and maintenance renew policy Ⅱ it ispointed out that taking the invalid assumption ofthat maintenance can restore system as -good -as new condition is the foundmental cause,which results in grossly misleading or inadequatesuch as same preventive maintenance time inter-vals and steady - state availibility. The isode-grading models, what there are isodegradingrates for system reliability and performance pa-rameters between neighbouring overhaul circlesor preventive maintainance circles, and there isisodegrading speed between the parameters,have broken through the encirclment above andproved to be efficient models with enough accu-racy for predicting mechanical system reliabilityand performance in operation under practice.
