基于USB2.0的振动信号分析系统

摘要 设计了一种基于USB 2.0的振动信号分析系统。首先,采用锁相环技术实现对振动信号的整周期采样和自适应抗混叠滤波;然后,采用USB2.0芯片CY7C68013A实现硬件与PC机的接口;接着,利用VC++调用Measurement Studio的信号分析函数,使用CWGraph图形控件,对振动数据进行同步分析和显示,应用软件界面友好,实现了对转速的测量、振动信号的常用分析功能;最后对系统进行了测试,测试结果与理论相符合,具有良好的应用前景。 Designed a vibration measurement system based on USB 2.0. Firstly, using phase locked logic, it realized whole period sampling and adaptive antioaliasing filtering, and then using CY7C68013A USB 2.0 chip, it realized the interface between acquisition hardware and PC. Afterward, using Visual C ++ software calling the functions of Measurement Studio which has powerful signal analytical functions, developed the application system to synchronously analyze and display waves. It has a friendly interface, realized rotate speed measurement and common analytical function of vibration measurement. Finally, some measurements tests were taken to the system. The test results meet the theory and it has bright prospect in application.
