摘要
凸轮机构的运动分析在机械优化设计中具有重要的研究价值。本文对目前常用的几种凸轮机构运动分析方法进行了评价,指出了其不足和存在的问题,然后将三次样条函数应用于凸轮机构的运动分析中,建立了基于三次样条函数的凸轮机构运动分析方程,最后以印刷机的开闭牙凸轮机构为例,实现了其完整的运动分析,仿真结果验证了方法的正确性及优越性。
Motion analysis of cam mechanism has an important effect and great research value on optimization design of mechanism. Several motion analysis methods of cam mechanism have been evaluated and their limitation and weakness are pointed out, then cubic spline function is applied to cam mechanism's motion analysis and its motion analysis equation is built based on curb spline function. Finally, this method is used for the switching tooth cam mechanism of printing machine and the complete motion analysis is carried out. Experimental results show that the approach is more correct and superior than earlier and traditional methods.
