摘要
基于新型抛光磨头的结构特点及失效形式,提出一种防止结构失效的齿轮参数优化设计方法,通过优化算法得到了各齿轮副间变位系数的合理分配,使得主、从动齿轮与行星轮啮合时的滑动系数趋于相等,减少各齿轮副啮合时的相对滑动,从而大大提高了这种新型结构的寿命。
Based on the structure and failure features of a new polish grinding head's structure, a optimized method for the gear's pasameters is pointed out avoid of structure failure. The modification coefficients of the gear pairs are obtained through optimization program, so the sliding coefficient for the active gear, passive gear and planetary gear approach to even. The relative slide between gears is reduced, and the working life of the structure is increased greatly.
