摘要
随着高等教育的快速发展,我国高等教育教育资源短缺问题日益显现出来,同时也存在着严重的高等教育系统中人力资源浪费现象,这些都制约了高等教育的进一步发展。因此,解决二者之间的矛盾,就要树立和落实科学发展观,合理配置高等教育人力资源,提高它的使用效率。
With the rapid development of higher education in China, the scarcity of the higher education resources is becoming obvious. While the waste of human resources is also serious in colleges and universities, which combined with the contradictory phenomena of lack of manpower, hold back the development of higher education in China. So it is necessary to develop and carry out the scientific concept of development, distribute rationally the human resources in higher education institutes and improve their efficiency to solve the contradictory problem.
