文章分析了强政府的内涵,阐述了强政府在构建社会主义和谐社会中的关键作用,并就如何提升我国政府能力、建设一个强政府提出了几点建议。
The paper analyzes the connotation of the powerful government, expounds the key role a powerful government performs in constructing a harmonious society, and presents a few suggestions on how to increase the governmental capacity of our country and make a powerful government.
