摘要
目的观察间日疟患者血细胞参数改变及其临床意义。方法采用迈瑞BC-3000plus全自动血细胞分析仪检测血细胞参数,对83例间日疟患者的白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)等参数及镜检白细胞形态改变进行分析。结果间日疟患者WBC、HGB、RBC、PLT低于对照组,两组差异有高度显著性,其降低程度依次为PLT、WBC、HGB、RBC;多数患者镜检白细胞可见"核左移"及单核细胞明显增多。结论检测患者血细胞参数特别是血小板计数对间日疟早期诊断具有重要的提示作用,必须予重视。
Objective To explore the variation of parametes of bloed cells from patients with Plasmodium vivax and analyze its clinical significance. Methods There 83 Plasmodium vivax samples were tested by automated analyzer of the MAYRUI BC - 3000plus. The parameters of WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT and the microscopic eoafignration of WBC were analyzed by the contrasting samples. Results The levels of WBC, RBC, HGB, and PLT were lower less than normal, and the reduction was in the order of PLT, WBC, HGB and RBC. Moreover, many patients＇ WBC can be observed that the karyon shifted to the left and the monocytes increased obviously. Conclusion The determination of parameters of blood cells,especially the level of PLTIt can offer suggestion for early diagnosis of Plasmodium vivax malaria.
