摘要
采用离心涂敷的方法制备非对称不锈钢分离膜,研究在制备过程中针孔产生的原因,讨论了膜层厚度的影响因素,探索不同粒度的粉末烧结温度,制备出具有高精度、大流量的非对称不锈钢分离膜。
The preparation method of asymmetry stainless steel filtration membrane was described and the asymmetry stainless steel membrane with good accuracy and permeability was produced, in this paper. The reason of needle pore existed in the membrane was analyzed; the effects factors of different thickness of stainless steel membrane were discussed; and sintered temperature about for powders with various powder size was researched.
