摘要
阐述了数字图书馆公益性的由来,分析了数字图书馆公益性的必要性,探讨了数字图书馆的公益性面对的两个问题——经费问题与版权问题。
This paper expounds the origins of the public welfare nature of the digital library, analyzes on the necessity of the public welfare nature of the digital library; and probes into two problems faced by the public welfare nature of the digital library： the problem of the funds and the problem of the copyright.
