摘要
【目的】探讨不同剂量甘露醇在兔脑出血模型治疗中不同时间窗的作用与效果。【方法】应用胶原酶法建立大白兔脑出血模型。在24 h4、8 h7、2 h、120 h 4个时间段分为三个处理组,分别给予不同剂量甘露醇进行脱水,运用电镜及烘干法观察其脱水效果。【结果】脑出血后脑水肿首先发生于细胞内。甘露醇每日3次常规治疗组及半量治疗组脱水作用与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01),而前两者作用相当(P=0.269)。甘露醇每日2次治疗组脱水作用较对照组差异无显著性(P=0.622)。【结论】小剂量分次使用甘露醇在兔脑出血模型中可以起到确定的脱水效果。
[Objective]To explore the effect of mannitol on cerebral edema according the dose and time in rabbit model of intra-cerebral hemorrhage. [Methods]The rabbit intra-cerebral hemorrhage model was prepared with injecting collagenase and they were divided randomly into 4 groups by giving or not giving mannitol. The variability of edema was examined after different therapy time. [ResultslThere were not distinction in one-dose mannitol and half-dose mannitol injected q8h. There was definite effect both of them. [Conclusion] Half-dose mannitol injected q8h could effectively treat cerebral edema.
