骨桥蛋白、CD44v6在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

The clinical significance of osteopontin and CD44v6 expression in cervical cancer

摘要 目的 探讨宫颈癌组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)和CD44v6的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(S-P)方法,检测骨桥蛋白和CD44v6蛋白在40例宫颈癌、38例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、10例正常宫颈组织中的表达情况。结果 宫颈癌组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)和CD44v6的阳性表达率分别为70%和60%,高于宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);且两者的表达呈正相关。在不同临床分期和组织学类型及组织学分级中骨桥蛋白和CD44v6表达差异无统计学意义;二者在有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率分别为84%和76%,高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 骨桥蛋白和CD44v6的表达与宫颈癌的发生发展及侵袭转移相关,且二者有协同作用(rs=0.74),在高表达骨桥蛋白的宫颈癌组织中CD44v6的表达也较高,其联合检测可作为判断宫颈癌恶性程度、评价预后及指导治疗的一项评估指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and CD44v6 in cervical cancer and its relationship with clinical stages and lymph node metastasis. Methods The expression of osteopontin and CD44v6 were examined by immunohistochemical streptravidinbiothin peroxidase (S- P) assay in 40 cases of cervical cancer, 38 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 10 cases of normal tissues. Results The positive expression rates of OPN (70%) and CD44v6 (60%) in cervical cancer were significantly higher than that in CIN and normal tissues, and the expression of the two proteins were positively correlated ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of OPN and CD44v6 in cervical cancer has no significance in different clinical stages, type and histological grades. The positive expression of OPN (84%) and CD44v6 (76%) in cervical cancer with metastasis is significantly higher than that without metastasis ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusions Both OPN and CD44v6 may involved in the tumor genesis, development and metastasis of cervical cancer. The detection of OPN and CD44v6 may be helpful in the diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
