摘要
房地产登记信息公开制度是确保房地产交易之安全与便捷、保障房地产法律关系主体合法权益的重要制度。但是我国目前的房地产登记信息公开制度还存在诸多问题,通过探讨我国目前房地产登记信息公开制度的缺陷以及原因,为我国房地产登记信息公开制度的完善提出了若干建议。
The information publicity system for real estate registration is to ensure the safety and convenience for trading market, protect the legal rights for the main legitimate. However, it is not plagued with problems, the paper is to explore its current situation and discuss the reasons. I hope that I can give some suggestions to improve the system.
