摘要
采用中试规模的酸化水解与膜生物反应器相结合的工艺处理铁路洗涤废水。当进水COD、LAS分别为215~460mg/L和12~50mg/L时,系统对COD、LAS、NH3-N、TP和SS的去除率分别达到90%、98%、90%、95%和99%,出水水质达到铁路回用水水质标准(TB/T3007-2000)的要求。
The performance of hydrolysis-acidification--MBR processes treating washing-wastewater was investigated in the pilot-scale experiments. The results showed that the removal rates of COD,LAS ,NH3-N,TP,and. SS were 90% ,98% ,95% ,99% and 90% respectively,reaching the requirements of standard of railway reclaimed water. The combined process of hydrolysis-acidification for treatment of railway reclaimed water is technologically feasible and easy to be managed, which can be used for reference for industry application.
