摘要
理论研究存在不同门电压产生的Rashba自旋轨道耦合以及由结构中心反演不对称引起的Dresselhaus自旋轨道耦合下一维波导中的电子自旋态,求出相应的本征值。并研究了不同形式的自旋轨道耦合在对电子输运的影响。研究结果表明,不同自旋轨道耦合将对电子的自旋态及自旋输运产生显著的影响。
We investigate theoretically the spin state and the correspondingly eigen - energy in a one - dimensional waveguide structure under spatially periodic electric fields. By using the Hamiltonian which contains both the Dresselhans, which results from the bulk inversion asymmetry and Rashba, which comes from the potential asymmetry due to different voltage gates applied to the waveguide, spin -obit interaction effects, the wave vector inside the waveguide can be obtained in terms of the Schrodinger equation. The results obtained here is significant to the study of spin -dependent electron transport.
