吸嘴吸气清灰的旋转滤筒除尘研究

摘要 提出了吸嘴吸气清灰的旋转滤筒除尘的方法,讨论了旋转滤筒的过滤类型以及除尘效率与时间的关系.实验发现:当滤料为平纹涤纶滤布且过滤风速为6 m/min时,单段吸嘴吸气清灰旋转滤筒除尘效率达到99%以上,压力损失控制在1 450-1 700 Pa范围内;延长清灰间隔时间可以提高滤筒除尘效率,与理论分析结果一致.该方法增强了对滤料的清灰效果,进一步提高了除尘器滤料的过滤风速,还可以降低清灰气量,减少清灰设备投资,提高滤料的除尘效率. The method that collects dust by rotary drum and removes ashes by air suction with suction nozzles was developed. The filtration type of the rotary drum and the relation between collection efficiency of rotary drum and time were discussed. The experimental results showed that the collection efficiency of the drum that removes ashes by a segments of suction mouth was higher than 99% at the filter rate of 6 m/min. The presser drop is controlled in the range from 1 450 Pa to 1 700 Pa when the filter medium is tabby Dacron, and the collection efficiency could be increased by prolonging the time interval between two ash removal, which matched with the theory analysis, the effect of removing ashes could be improved and the filtration velocity of fabric filter could be increased; the air quantity required in ash removal of filter mediums could be decreased with suction nozzles and collection efficiency of the drum could be improved and the investment of the equipments could be decreased.
