摘要
人格理论在文化人类学中是关于文化与人格关系的理论,人格魅力是理想人格对同文化的人在心理上和行为上施加的影响力。蔡元培的人格是为中国知识阶层普遍所认可的魅力人格,笔者用文化人类学中关于人格理论的某些观点,结合蔡元培的人生阅历及其厉行改革取得的成果对中国新型文化教育的影响,来解释人格与文化的关系,从历史发展的角度认识蔡元培在中国文化教育领域里所体现出的人格魅力。
Personality theory is one of the key concepts in anthropological studies and the ideal personality a person possesses is what such a personality produces on the members of the same cultural background. Cai Yuan-pei, a personality that is generally accepted as ideal in China, is a contributive force for China＇s education, cultural progess and historical development.
