摘要
超微细粉碎技术是在伴随纳米技术和新材料而发展起来的一项新的粉碎加工技术,随着现代工程技术的发展,许多基础工业对超微细粉末的粒度、粒度分布、粒形等特性提出了更高的要求。如何突破物料的"粉碎极限"已成为制备超微细粉末的关键技术。针对被控对像具有非线性、多变量强耦合、不确定性和大滞后以及获得精确数学模型困难的特点,设计了模糊控制器。本系统经过设计、安装和现场调试,能够快速的突破物料的"粉碎极限",取得较好的加工效果。
The ultrafine comminution technology is a new smashing processing technology which developed with the nanotechnology and the new material.As the modem institute technology developing ,lots of basic industry missions higher requirement to the uhrafine commlnution" s granularity ,granularity spread ,graininess and so on ,How to breakthrough material the smashing limit" becomes a key technology about making the uhrafine comminution. This article introduced the type of multi-dimensional swings nanometer level ball mill principle of work based on the fuzzy control technology.In view of controlled the object is non-linearity,the multi-variables strong-coupling,uncertainty and greatly lags as well as obtains the precise mathematical model is difficult,Has designed the fuzzy controller.This system will be able to quickly breakthrough material "the smashing limit", has obtain the better processing effect.
