摘要
构建和谐社会是党在新世纪提出的伟大任务,构建和谐社会要以阶层和谐为基础,重点分析了当代中国社会各阶层的现状、特点以及彼此之间的关系,并针对当前人们认为解决阶层不和谐主要依靠各种社会机制和利益沟通机制的完善来完成的说法,创新性地提出了思想政治工作在构建阶层和谐中的重要环节作用。
Constructing the harmonious society is the great duty which is proposed by the Party in the new century, Constructing the harmonious society should take the social stratum harmony as the foundation, The paper analyzes the status quo, the characteristics and their interrelations of the contemporary society of China, Aiming at the idea of solving inharmony by perfecting various social mechanisms and the benefit communication mechanism, the paper innovatively proposes the great sinificance of the idealogical work in constructing the harmony among social classes.
