摘要
结合白河特大桥工程实例,对强度等级为CF50的钢纤维混凝土进行劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和弯曲韧性试验研究,通过对相应强度指标和韧性指数的计算,分析钢纤维体积率的影响,探讨钢纤维混凝土作为新型桥面铺装材料的优点,并介绍了钢纤维混凝土在桥面铺装中施工工艺。试验研究和工程实践表明钢纤维混凝土作为桥面铺装和伸缩缝填充材料,满足工程要求具有良好的经济效益。
The deficiency of tensile strength and flexural toughness is the main reason of the pavement damage. In this paper, by the experiment of the SFRC of CFSO grade, the strength index and the flexure toughness is calculated, and the influence of volume ratio of the steel fiber on the splitting tensile strength, the flexural strength and flexure toughness is studied. In the end, the application of SFRC in bridge construction is discussed.
