摘要
目的探讨静脉腔内激光治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的安全性和并发症的防治。方法回顾分析318例(353条肢体)的下肢浅静脉曲张患者应用Quanta System激光仪临床治疗效果及近期随访结果。结果一部分病人还是不同程度地出现一些并发症,经术后一些补救措施,病人恢复良好。结论静脉激光治疗术作为治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的一种新的微创治疗方法,有望取代传统的开放手术,但是随着治疗的病例数增多,一些并发症还是不容忽视。如何正确使用激光治疗仪治疗下肢浅静脉曲张值得临床再探讨。
Objective To explore the safety of endoluminal laser treatment for varicose venous diseases of lower limbs, as well as the prevention and tratment of its complications. Methods 318 cases of the great saphenous varicosis （353 limbs）received endolvenous laser treatment,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results There were somc complications in patients,and these patients recovered after remedy surgery. Conclusion As a new minimally invasive treatment, endoluminal laser treatment of varicosis may replace the traditional high ligation and stripping,but the prevention and treatment of its complications should be highly kept in mind,and how to use this machine correctly needs more asessment.
