摘要
目的:对高效液相色谱法测定复方丹参片中丹参酮Ⅱ_A 含量的测量不确定度进行分析,找出影响不确定度的因素,为评价检侧报告提供科学依据。方法:用 HPLC 法测定丹参酮Ⅱ_A 的含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059一1999)中有关规定评估其不确定度。结果:本次实验的不确定度评估为0.017 mg 每片。结论:发现本次实验的不确定度主要由样品不均匀性所引入。
Objective：Find out the effective factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of salviol by HPLC and provide the evidence to evaluate the measurement. Method： Determination the salviol in Fufangdanshen tablets by HPLC and appraise the uncertainty according to JIF1059 - 1999. Result： The uncertainty of this test is 0. 017 mgpertablets. Conclusion：It is found out that the uncertainty of this experiment is mainly caused by non homogeneity of sample
