摘要
侧斑离鳍鱼颅骨极狭窄,缺眶上骨,泪骨大,鼻骨发达.犁骨具齿,副蝶骨“M”形,前颌骨、齿骨前端有一特大的犬齿,下咽骨愈合,具上后颞骨,尾骨有变异.
The present paper deals with the morphology of the skeleton system of Hemipteronotus Verrens. The neruocranium is very narrow, with large lachnymal and nadal, with teeth in vomer, the supraethmoid and mesoethmoid are longe and broad. There are a large canine tooth in premaxilla and dentary. The pharyngeal bone is healed to form a three-forked one. The caudal fin skeleton is a plate-formed.
